Patricia Thompson PhD

Patricia Thompson is an award-winning corporate psychologist, executive coach, and speaker who has been featured in the Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Fast Company, Inc., and many other sites. After getting her PhD in clinical psychology, she fell into consulting, and has been working with senior leaders for over fifteen years. She is currently the president and founder of Silver Lining Psychology, in which she provides coaching and training to help others to achieve their personal and professional goals.  Her online courses on emotional intelligence, mindfulness, relationships, and leadership have been taken by over 13,000 students in 136 countries.

Chereace Richards

Chereace Richards is a wife, mom, entrepreneur, founder of the 21st Century Woman community, Network Marketing Million Dollar Earner and author of Faith. Focus. Action: The Journey to Becoming Who You Are (2013).  In 2006, Chereace was introduced to the Profession of Network Marketing. Having no prior Network Marketing experience, in less than two years, she was able to walk away from her GS14 Federal Government Information Technology position to build her business full-time.  As a licensed life insurance agent, she focuses on educating people on the importance of having adequate coverage.  Her goal is empower individuals and families with strategies to get out of debt, build wealth and retire tax-free. Chereace holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Science from Bowie State University and a Master’s of Information Technology from American University.  Chereace has been featured in numerous magazines and books, including Washington Post Magazine, Success from Home Magazine, Fit Figures Magazine, Hustlemama Magazine, HERLIFE Magazine as the January Covergirl, and the non-fiction compilation Wealthy Direct Sales Women: Their Leadership, Strategy, Money, & Love of the Game.  She has received numerous official citations, awards and recognition including the Woman of Distinction in Leadership. 

Felicia Coffield

Felicia Coffield MSW graduate from the University of Maryland and a licensed Certified Clinical Social Worker. Felicia has 27 years of experience in Child Welfare and Is currently employed as a School Social Worker in a high school in Baltimore City. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc and she is very involved in her community with voter registration and actively involved with youth programs.Felicia enjoys dining out, reading, singing and volunteering in events that uplift her hometown, Baltimore. 

Tammie Watson, MBA

Sebrina Morris

Sebrina Morris is an entrepreneur, performer, ordained Evangelist , and Music educator who has enjoyed working with students for years here in the US and in Europe. She served in the United States Air Force and was showcased all over the globe with the elite entertaining ambassadors, Top In Blue. Sebrina has been happily married to Kenneth Morris for 25 years, and together they have 4 beautiful children Briana 21, David 18, Olivia Grace 16, and Aria Brielle 11.
